		<description>I have done the Cabbage Soup Diet (years ago, in the 1980&#039;s) and thoughta one week stint was good for creating momentum to diet. I never done it more than a week, but do find that my motivation to eat healthy is increased when I feel a little weight loss momentum.</description>
