Do You Weigh What You Should?

If you answered yes to Question 2 then it is more likely you are over then under weight. We are continually being told that more and more people are overweight and that we must do something about it.

But “dieting” is not the answer, what is needed is a change of lifestyle and eating pattern. There are many reasons people are overweight, but the most important are lack of exercise and the actual food we eat.

If you eat soft food which doesn’t require chewing you are likely to eat more of it. If it requires chewing you are likely to eat less of it because you are feed up with it and it is cold.

In addition because you have chewed it your body will know that you have eaten and trigger a mechanism making you feel fullup. So train your body to co-operative with your weight loss programme.
